Spirit of India
Destinations: A Photo Overview

Dharamsala

Dharamsala is actually 2 separate towns. The upper part, called Mcleod Ganj is where visitors tend to stay as it is where all the prayer wheels, mani stone and the Dalai Lam's residence and monastery are located.

The air is so fresh, the Tibetan people so joyful. This is a place to stay awhile if you can.

Tushita Meditation Center just above the town, offers a variety of courses and retreats.
