Wildlife Parks of North India
Explore the natural beauty of North India's parks and experience the
excitement of spotting native animals such as sambar, cheetal, nilgai,
four horned antelope, wild boar, leopard, hyena, porcupine, and the elusve
tiger as well as hundreds of species of birds.
The tour visits five of North India's top wildlife sanctuaries: Ranthambhor, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Jabalpur and Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary
(Bharatpur).
There will be ample time provided for several animal safaris at each park
location as well as time to for pleasant walks and relaxation. Led by
an experienced park naturalist, you will view game by jeep, elephant,
boat and by foot.
In between the safaris, enjoy the ancient art and culture of this wonderous
continent with visits to the magnificient Taj Mahal, the "pink city" of
Jaipur, the deserted city Fatehpur Sikri, and the famous Hindu and Jain
temples from the Chandela dynasty, dating from 950 to 1050 AD.
